At Bella Anne Co., we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policies below.

1. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 7-14 days.

Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.

2. Returns & Exchanges

 Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final sale items (clearance, accessories, intimates) are non-returnable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not issued and customer has an option to exchange or receive store credit. Unless item arrives damaged or lost.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 Items must be of equal or lesser value. If greater value, difference of price will be charged to customer.

If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
