At Bella Anne Co., we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policies below.
1. Shipping
• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 7-14 days.
• Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
2. Returns & Exchanges
• Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items (clearance, accessories, intimates) are non-returnable.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are not issued and customer has an option to exchange or receive store credit. Unless item arrives damaged or lost.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Items must be of equal or lesser value. If greater value, difference of price will be charged to customer.
• If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
